Penske Media Appoints Two New Executive Vice Presidents
LOS ANGELES, May 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Penske Media Corporation (PMC) today appointed two of its top leaders to elevated roles: Todd Greene will serve as executive vice president of business affairs and general counsel; Craig Perreault is now executive vice president of business development. Greene and Perreault are key executives whose job responsibilities have expanded with the significant growth of PMC's portfolio of iconic brands, which includes Variety, WWD, Footwear News, Robb Report, Deadline, Indiewire, TVLine, Hollywood Life, and Gold Derby.

Greene, who joined PMC in 2014, has served as PMC's general counsel and senior vice president of human resources, responsible for all legal, compliance, risk management and human resources functions for PMC and its operating companies. Greene's work extends to operational responsibilities that have been vital in propelling the company's growth strategy.

Before coming to PMC, Perreault was an advertising sales professional at global media and publishing company CMP (a division of United Business Media) where he specialized in providing integrated media and content programs across online, print and trade events to Fortune 500 companies in the electronic gaming and technology industries. Prior to UBM, Perreault held various positions in online and print advertising sales as well as sports marketing.
Prior to PMC, Greene served as chief legal officer and SVP of human resources for Oversee.net. Before moving to Oversee.net, Greene was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Bingham McCutchen LLP, where he focused on M&A transactions, debt financings and general corporate work.
