EXPANSION PACKS

"Chi Bi" Expansion Pack - "New Three Kingdoms"

On July 22, 2010, the Company launched the expansion pack "New Three Kingdoms" for its 3D epic MMORPG "Chi Bi," which is based on the history of the Three Kingdoms period in China. The expansion pack brings "River Battle of Chi Bi," an important battle of that historical period to the game. A new class and higher levels have also been added in this expansion pack. Moreover, two new weapons have been introduced, hammer and harpoon, completing the 18 Legendary Weapon System.

OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENTS

Licensing "Pocketpet Journey West" to the Russian Federation and Other Russian Speaking Territories

In July 2010, Perfect World signed an agreement with IT Territory, LLC, a subsidiary of Mail.Ru, to license "Pocketpet Journey West" to the Russian Federation and other Russian speaking territories. "Pocketpet Journey West" is the Company's cartoon style 3D MMORPG based on the Chinese classic novel "Journey to the West." The game was launched in 2008 in mainland China.

OVERSEAS LAUNCHES

Launch of "Fantasy Zhu Xian" in Taiwan

In July 2010, Perfect World launched "Fantasy Zhu Xian" in Taiwan through Taiwan Index Corporation Ltd., a subsidiary of Gamania Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (OTC: 6180). "Fantasy Zhu Xian" is Perfect World's first 2D turn- based MMORPG, based on a popular internet fantasy novel "Zhu Xian." It is run on the Company's proprietary EPARCH 2D engine.

Launch of "Chi Bi" in North America

In July 2010, Perfect World launched its 3D MMORPG "Chi Bi" under the name "Heroes of Three Kingdoms" in North America through its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, Perfect World Entertainment Inc. "Chi Bi" is the fifth MMORPG Perfect World introduced to the North American market. The U.S. release has been localized to cater to North American game players.
