Intergraph's solution replaces the department's 20-year-old system that could no longer support the city's demand. Serving the fifth largest city in the United States, the Phoenix Police Department serves more than 1.6 million citizens and needs a public safety solution that enables them to effectively protect the residents of Phoenix.
"Intergraph's system provides an offering that meets all of the requirements we were looking for in a public safety solution," said Kim Humphrey, Commander and Project Manager, Phoenix Police Department. "With Intergraph's public safety software, not only do we have the ability to streamline reporting and increase the amount of data we can manage, but it reduces the amount of time our officers are creating reports, which allows them to spend more time in the field protecting our citizens."
Intergraph's solution enables Phoenix to capture, manage and report on data on an enterprise-wide level, increasing efficiency in reporting, information management, case investigation, and crime analysis. Intergraph inPURSUIT FBR software allows personnel in the field to enter information directly into mobile computers, saving time and money.
Using Intergraph's Business Intelligence Premium, Phoenix Police Department can analyze and visualize large amounts of data to identify incident trends. Also, reports can be scheduled for delivery to recipients and incorporated into viewable dashboards for real-time analysis by end users.
