[P&I 2015] A Coherent Blend of Photos and Photographic Equipment Attracted 70,000 Visitors
SEOUL, Korea, April 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- #EXPO -- One of Asia's top photo shows "The 25th Seoul International Photo & Imaging Industry Show (P&I 2015)" ended Apr. 19. A total of 137 companies exhibited in 615 booths, and 72,388 visitors came to the show.
Established in 1989, it has set itself as the main trade show in Asia to see the latest trend in cameras, lenses, video equipment, printer, and special effect devices. This year, it was held concurrently with Photo & Travel, Seoul Photo, and KOPA 2015.
Photo & Travel is a photo exhibition packed with pictures of landscape, portraits, and snapshots from exotic places. In the 7th Korea Photo Art Fair (KOPA 2015), 933 artists exhibited 1,600 artworks.
Also, P&I had set up a special zone exclusively for one of the hottest gadgets, drones. Drones of all sorts, sizes, and combinations were available to the public for demo. Visitors had the chance to touch them and operate them for free.
Seminars with topics like studio management and marketing, video editing and post-adjustment work flow, shooting tips for travel photographer, and tips on how to win photo contests were held to meet the different levels and interests of the audience.

P&I is the first trade show in Korea to be approved by the UFI(Union des Foires Internationales), and has been selected as the "Promising Exhibition" by the Ministry of Trade Industry & Energy(MOTIE) for 14 consecutive years.
