Picarro Strengthens Leadership Team with Two New Executives

Suresh Pisharody has joined the company as vice president of marketing and Tim Clark has joined as vice president of business development for the energy sector. Suresh Pisharody brings to Picarro a powerful combination of proven marketing and strategic leadership experience from the scientific instruments industry and broad engineering expertise honed in multiple industries. A successful marketing professional with far-reaching vision, Pisharody was most recently the director of product marketing at Illumina Inc., the market leader in genetic analysis solutions. At Illumina, Pisharody led a team that grew the company's gene sequencing business into the dominant position in the multi-billion dollar sequencing industry in just five years.

Tim Clark is an accomplished business leader with a record of success orchestrating growth and change within the construction and energy markets. Clark brings to Picarro almost 20 years of experience in the petroleum and natural gas industries, where he held a variety of leadership roles in operations, engineering, and construction. Most recently, Clark was the special project lead for Pacific Gas and Electric with The Spear Group, Inc. where he led the widely publicized project to evaluate Picarro's Surveyor platform for natural gas leak detection. Prior to his role at Spear, Clark served as director at a real estate investment trust in New York City.
