Pivotal Acquires Xtreme Labs

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pivotal today announced that it has acquired Toronto-based Xtreme Labs, a privately-held, leading mobile strategy and product development firm. The acquisition is an all-cash transaction. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
