Planet Fitness Midland Hosts Open House to Showcase New Equipment and Expanded Facility

MIDLAND, Texas, Sept. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Planet Fitness Midland is reopening its doors after remodeling the facility, adding 10,000 sqft and outfitting the club with new equipment. The club is celebrating the renovation on September 13 with a $2,500 donation to the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Permian Basin. The donation is part of the Company's national philanthropic initiative, The Judgement Free Generation®, which aims to spread kindness and end bullying faced by youth today. Representatives from the Boys & Girls Club of Permian Basin will attend the grand opening event, along with staff from the Midland Chamber of Commerce.

Members have access to state-of-the-art new cardio equipment and day lockers on the gym floor. And, after their workout, they can freshen up in the newly renovated locker rooms, complete with new showers, granite benchtops, and LED lighting.
