GLENVIEW, Ill., Sept. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- This is a reminder that ITW's (NYSE: ITW) Annual Meeting for Investors will be held Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Hotel Sofitel New York, 45 West 44^th Street, New York, NY 10036.  Similar to past years, we will begin the meeting with a breakfast buffet at 7:30 a.m. and conclude the business portion of the meeting no later than 12:30 p.m.  Lunch is available for attendees who would like to converse with members of the ITW Senior Management Team.
