PLH Group Appoints Kerry David as Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary

IRVING, Texas, Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- PLH Group, Inc. ("PLH Group"), a private portfolio construction services company, recently appointed Kirsten "Kerry" David as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary to oversee PLH Group's legal organization, corporate governance and compliance functions. 

Ms. David brings vast legal experience from a major oil and gas construction services company.  She previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company.  Experience includes company divestitures, credit facilities, business partner bankruptcy issues, mergers & acquisitions, SEC filings, and much more.
