Williams, who has more than 20 years of direct and channel sales management experience in the technology sector, will drive global sales initiatives.
"PlumChoice has experienced explosive growth because it offers such a unique value proposition to our telco, cable, hardware, software and retail customers," said Williams. "We help increase customer satisfaction, drive new revenue streams and reduce customer support costs by enabling premium technology care services. Praised by peers for his ability to build and lead strong teams and empower employees to succeed with the right support and tools, Williams' recent experience includes roles as Worldwide Vice President of Sales at TopLayer Security (now part of Corero PLC), and Vice President of Sales and GM at 3COM/Tipping Point (now HP). At Motorola, where he was Worldwide Vice President of Sales for the networking division, Williams was a member of the executive team that took the division private to form Vanguard Managed Solutions.
