Plummer Joins Dallas-based DeWolff, Boberg & Associates as Human Resources Manager

DALLAS, Sept. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, a global management consulting firm based in Dallas, is pleased to announce the hiring of Nicole Plummer as the organization's new Human Resources Manager.

In her new role, Plummer will focus on enhancing consistency and continuous improvement across all employee-engagement mediums.

Plummer, who graduated in 2007 with a Masters in Public Administration from University of Winnipeg, joins DB&A after serving as Regional Human Resources Manager for Hagmeyer North America in South Carolina. Prior to Hagmeyer, Plummer spent four years as Human Resource Manager for Home Depot Canada.

"I'm looking forward to learning more about our people and understanding what is important to them," said Plummer. "Getting a true understanding of the people, the culture and what works or doesn't work is important. I want to make sure we create an atmosphere that people want to work in."
