Javier's Introduces Authentic Mexican Cuisine and an Extensive Selection of Premium Tequilas

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ARIA Resort & Casino announced today that Javier's will join its culinary family late summer.  Javier's, a favorite hot spot for those in-the-know in Southern California and Los Cabos, Mexico, will introduce its regionally influenced Mexican cooking in an unrivaled setting amongst all of the excitement of ARIA.

Javier's menu, inspired by cuisine from different regions of Mexico, features grilled seafood, steaks, chicken and a selection of vegetarian dishes presented exquisitely. Tequila aficionados will be impressed by the restaurant's selection of premium tequila which is without rival from here to Mexico while the restaurant's full bar will feature Javier's famous hand-shaken, made-to-order margaritas.

Designed by famed restaurant/resort designer Dodd Mitchell, Javier's will be a spectacular, inviting addition to the casino floor.
