SANFORD, Fla., Oct. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2013 Diversity Council Conference: Increasing Effectiveness – Driving Results! concluded on October 3rd with record-breaking attendance of over 300 diversity and inclusion professionals from more than 90 U.S. organizations. This year's conference was expanded to a full two days and featured a pre-conference workshop, three keynote speakers, nine concurrent sessions, innovation round tables, a Practitioner's Town Hall forum and the 5th annual Diversity Council Honors Award™ Dinner and Ceremony.
In its second year, this is the only conference designed specifically to provide ERGs and Diversity Councils with opportunities to learn and share best practices. The conference featured three keynote speakers and offered a pre-conference workshop "Reframing Diversity and Inclusion to Meet 21st Century Organizational Needs" led by Dr. Steve Robbins.
