Postal Service Board of Governors to Meet Nov. 15

CFO Briefing Follows Open Session Meeting

WASHINGTON, Nov. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Board of Governors of the U.S. Postal Service will meet Nov. 15 in open session at Postal Service headquarters, 475 L'Enfant Plaza, SW, Washington, DC. The public is welcome to observe the meeting beginning at 8 a.m. in the Ben Franklin Room on the 11th floor. The Board is expected to discuss the following items:

  1. Call to order and remarks of the Chairman of the Board
  2. Remarks of the Postmaster General and CEO
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meetings
  4. Committee reports
  5. FY 2013 10-K and financial statements
  6. FY 2014 Integrated Financial Plan and Financing Resolution
  7. FY 2015 appropriations request
  8. Quarterly service performance report
  9. Approval of Annual Report and Comprehensive Statement
  10. Tentative agenda for the Dec. 10, 2013 meeting
  11. Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors
  12. Adjourn
