LAKELAND, Fla., May 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Posto 9, a Brazilian Gastropub, announces Michel Revy as Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager in Lakeland, Florida. Revy comes to Posto 9 with 20 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries and will be overseeing all of the restaurant's culinary operations.
Revy, who was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, most recently worked as Lead Sous Chef at Publix Apron's Cooking School in Lakeland. Prior to joining Publix, Revy was Corporate Chef to Marius Churrascaria (a Brazilian steakhouse) in Rio de Janeiro and managed the successful entry of Outback Steakhouse into Brazil.
