Powerful New Version onTime™ Commuter Scheduling App Now Available for Android, iOS Devices

(https://www.mobilewareinc.com/) announced the release of onTime™ for Android devices.  The Android version incorporates all the useful features that made onTime the most popular suite of commuter apps in the App Store. It comes with the schedules for rail, trains, and buses nationwide.  onTime™ is available free on Google Play and on the App Store. 

In conjunction, Mobileware has made significant enhancements to the latest version of onTime™ for iOS.  Enhancements include better real-time transit information, track number prediction, end-to-end ride service and scores of other features to make commuting less dreadful.  "Our mission from day one is to make commuting easier and more enjoyable," says Mobileware, Inc. One of the most useful new features of onTime™ is its ability to deliver more accurate real-time information to commuters. For rail services to implement this technology using hardware is prohibitively complex and capital-intensive; onTime™ delivers a superior solution by leveraging the power of the crowd. Where available, data from commuters is aggregated and shared so that delays can be determined with high precision. 

Crowdsourced commuter data includes train speeds, real-time delay estimates, and track number. Once commuters check in to their trains, all the relevant data about their trip is at their fingertips.  

Another useful new feature of onTime™ is track prediction.  Knowing the track number early gives onTime users an advantage in securing their preferred seats without having to wait and rush for it.  Additionally, getting to and from the station is now more convenient than ever thanks to the app's integration with ride-hailing service company Lyft. Known as "the first mile" and "the last mile" ride service, the Lyft integration enables commuters to arrange end-to-end transportation all from within the onTime™ app when checking for their next train. 

The developers of the onTime™ know that long commutes can be dreadful and have therefore created some fun features to help pass the time.
