Pramata Announces New CTO, CPO and Hiring of Contract Management Industry Guru to Support Enterprise Business Transformation

BRISBANE, Calif., Feb. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Pramata, the customer digitization company, today announced Pedram Abrari as Chief Technology Officer and the promotion of Justin Schweisberger to Chief Product Officer. In addition, Pramata has hired contract management industry guru Lloyd Alexander to accelerate growth. Together, these experts will deepen Pramata's executive team and provide leadership and technological vision for Pramata's cloud-based customer digitization platform. Abrari and Alexander will be based out of Pramata's Brisbane office and Schweisberger is based in Kansas City.

Abrari is a technology services veteran, having spent decades in software development, from hands-on technical work to engineering team building and leadership. Most recently, he led the research and development and cloud operations teams at Tidemark as VP of Engineering. Previously, Abrari led similar efforts for Neil Young's company PonoMusic and Progress Software. Abrari also founded his own company, Corticon Technologies, Inc., which he oversaw for over a decade. He graduated from UCLA with a BS in Computer Engineering, and received a Master's in Computer Science from USC.

Schweisberger was previously VP of Operations at Pramata. During his tenure at the company, he has contributed his expertise and deep understanding of enterprise level challenges to the executive team. In this new role, he will provide oversight and vision for Pramata's cloud-based customer digitization platform to help customers and enterprises all over the world better understand their complex customer relationships and transform their business. Schweisberger graduated from Harvard with an AB in Psychology.

Alexander joins Pramata as Vice President, Strategic Solutions, where he will lead the expansion into new market opportunities, drive go-to-market strategies and continue to deliver thought leadership and industry best practices in the marketplace. He comes to Pramata with more than twenty years of contract management industry experience, most recently at Seal Software, where he was Vice President of Contract Strategy, responsible for developing Seal's go-to-market strategy and corporate messaging direction, with a primary focus on sales execution and enablement. Prior to that he held various leadership positions at IBM/Emptoris including CLM Practice Executive and Director of Global Sales Consulting. Alexander holds a B.A. in Political Science from Williams College and a M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
