Precision Dialogue Releases User Experience Research with Wearable Tech; Will Host Upcoming CX Event
Leading up to its second annual Next-Level Customer Experience event, the customer engagement firm publishes findings from its eye tracking and emotional testing research.
CLEVELAND, Jan. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Precision Dialogue (www.precisiondialogue.com), an RR Donnelley Company, has released the first two parts of its new research series, "How to Catch and Keep Customer Attention," and features the inclusion of wearable technology as information-gathering devices. The publication of this research is in advance of the company's second annual Next-Level Customer Experience (NLCX) event set for this spring.
In part one of the series, "10 Key Findings in Eye Tracking Research," Precision Dialogue's expert team used noninvasive eye tracking technology to identify what users see and don't see when they interacted with popular B2C brands, both online and offline.
Part two, "Four UX Discoveries Through Emotional Testing," reviews the emotional responses of each user, measured by electroencephalograph (EEG) technology. This provided immediate insight into consumer reactions as users carried out common online tasks across a variety of industries, including e-commerce and financial services.
Often used in conjunction with traditional user experience testing, eye tracking and emotional testing provide a substantial layer of qualitative and quantitative data, enabling brands to create visually compelling and emotionally engaging content users can easily consume. Both downloadable resources are free and available here:
