Mr. Radcliffe has worked for more than 30 years in the development and finance fields, in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Mr. Radcliffe is also a well-known member of several international development associations, currently serving on the Society for International Development's board of directors and the InsideNGO advisory council.

Most recently, Mr. Radcliffe served as senior vice president for business development at Management Systems International (MSI), where he oversaw organization-wide strategic development initiatives. Prior to his time at MSI, he worked for the Academy for Educational Development (AED) for 16 years as senior vice president and chief compliance officer, and senior vice president and director of development and planning, among other roles. At AED, he acted as chief business developer and lead negotiator to organizations such as the United States Agency for International Development, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, the U.K. Department for International Development, Asian Development Bank as well as various foreign governments.
Mr. Radcliffe holds a masters of arts in international affairs from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelors of science in finance from Central Missouri State University.
