Press Ganey Honors Nation's Leading Health Care Organizations For Outstanding Performance Inaugural Press Ganey Innovation Award Given to Dr. Toby Cosgrove, CEO, Cleveland Clinic

In addition, Press Ganey bestowed its inaugural Innovation Award to Dr. Toby Cosgrove, CEO of the Cleveland Clinic, for a lifetime commitment to patient care improvement. Nearly 2,000 health care leaders from across the country attended the three-day conference, "Transforming the Patient Experience," to discuss, learn and share best practices on key health care issues.
