Press Ganey Honors Nation's Leading Health Care Organizations For Outstanding Performance

SOUTH BEND, Ind., Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Press Ganey Associates, Inc. today announced its class of 2012 award-winning health care organizations, including recipients of its prestigious Summit Award, at the company's National Client Conference in Washington, D.C. More than 175 institutions received awards for their dedication to improvement across the continuum of care.

In addition, Press Ganey bestowed its inaugural Innovation Award to Dr. Toby Cosgrove , CEO of the Cleveland Clinic, for a lifetime commitment to patient care improvement. Nearly 2,000 health care leaders from across the country attended the three-day conference, "Transforming the Patient Experience," to discuss, learn and share best practices on key health care issues.
