Pro-Motion Technology Group Names Michael F. Kowalczyk as President

WIXOM, Mich., Sept. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pro-Motion Technology Group announced Michael Kowalczyk will assume the post of President, effective immediately.

Kowalczyk, who joined PTG earlier this year as EVP of Sales & Marketing, will assume leadership of the company which has been run primarily by Founder Lynn Matson since its inception in 1986.

Kowalczyk comes to PTG after 17+ years at Valassis. There, Kowalczyk had stints in Sales, Marketing and built the In-Store Marketing Division as SVP/General Manager. Most recently, he was VP Sales for Valassis Digital, where he helped establish the company within the mobile and digital display sector.

Kowalczyk is a graduate of SCSU and The University of Connecticut, earning an MBA with a concentration in Marketing. He holds Board level positions at BillAway, JDRF and The Boy Scouts of America.
