Pro-Tech Energy Solutions Helps Middlesex County's Vail Industrial & Supply Achieve Net-Zero Electric Status

BRANCHBURG, N.J. and SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Pro-Tech Energy Solutions LLC, a self-funded turnkey energy services company, today announced that the 34kW solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system installed for Vail Industrial & Supply has helped the store achieve "net-zero electric" status. Located at 3606 Kennedy Boulevard South Plainfield, N.J., Vail celebrates 102 years of business this year, effectively making it the second oldest business in the Middlesex County town.  

The net-zero energy building was configured to use substantially less energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions through energy efficient building practices, including lighting upgrades and solar energy systems. These installations enable the Middlesex business to produce as much energy as the owners will use on a net annual basis and pump the surplus energy back into the electrical grid.
