Procera Networks Successfully Participates in New IP Agency NFV-VNF Interoperability Evaluation Phase 1 Testing

Testing organized by the New IP Agency (NIA), Light Reading and EANTC to demonstrate multi-vendor interoperability for NFV solutions

FREMONT, Calif., Dec. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Procera Networks, Inc., the global Subscriber Experience Company, today announced that PacketLogic/V has successfully participated in the New IP Agency's (NIA) NFV-VNF Interoperability Evaluation Phase 1 testing. This testing is the first independent interoperability evaluation of NFV infrastructure, focused on multi-vendor NFV infrastructure-to-virtual network function (VNF) interoperability.

The Phase 1 testing included 12 vendors, with four NFVi platforms and 17 VNFs participating in the testing. The initial testing focused on functional interoperability of NFVi and various VNF systems.
