PropMe Signs Exclusive Deal with West Virginia Bar and Restaurant Association

MCMECHEN, W.V., May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- PropMe, LLC (PropMe) and the WV Bar and Restaurant Association (WVRBA) announced today a new multi-year partnership that will focus on making PropMe the exclusive official sports wagering partner at up-to 3,200 eating and drinking locations throughout the state.

Per the National Restaurant Association and based on data from the Bureau of Labor statistics, nearly $2.8 billion in sales are done annually at restaurants in West Virginia.  The 54,000 West Virginia eating and drinking place jobs represent the majority of the states total restaurant and foodservice workforce of 72,500 jobs, which represents 10% of employment in the state.  Regarding this, Duplaga adds, "By driving more patrons to bars and restaurants with PropMe promotions and events, we see bar and restaurant jobs and sales volume growing exponentially.  Our plan is to support our Members by giving the chance to compete now that sports wagering is legal in our state.  We see this relationship with PropMe as a key asset to our Members and their patrons."
