DALLAS, Aug. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Provident Metals™ has announced the launch of its new silver and copper bullion series, Zombucks.  The limited-mintage series, produced by the Provident Mint in Dallas, features 10 zombie-themed designs inspired by historic figures and classic coins.

The first of the series, the 2017 Zombucks Walker, is inspired by the 1916-1947 Walking Liberty Half Dollar designed by Adolph Weinman. Subsequent designs will be released one per quarter through 2015. Each silver round contains one ounce of .999 fine silver; copper rounds have one avoirdupois ounce of .999 fine copper.

"Zombucks adds an exciting new dimension to zombie-mania that will appeal not only to zombie enthusiasts, but also to bullion investors and collectors of rare and historic coins," said Joseph Merrick, Provident Metals President and CEO.  J.W. Haugen, Provident's Vice President of Sales added, "the Zombucks series brings a welcome dose of edgy variety to the bullion market."

Based in Dallas, Provident Metals meets the bullion needs of large and small precious metals collectors and investors across the United States and internationally. It offers a full line of sovereign and private-mint bullion, currency and numismatic coins from around the world.
