PruittHealth Celebrates 47 Years of Quality Care With Annual Founder's Day Events
NORCROSS, Ga., Sept. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Each year, the PruittHealth family of providers celebrates a history that spans nearly half a century as they honor caregivers, team members, past leaders, and patients through Founder's Day celebrations. Each of the 170 locations celebrates on the same day company-wide. This year, the PruittHealth Norcross Corporate Campus celebrated Founder's Day with various food trucks, music, and CNAs and patients from various local PruittHealth skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The CNAs and patients received gifts and recognition for their dedication, and for being a special part of the PruittHealth family.
Founder's Day also inspires the PruittHealth family of providers to reflect on its humble beginnings – what was once a single nursing home in Toccoa, Georgia, has grown into an organization that is privileged to care for 24,000 patients through its advanced model of care.
