PTS Advance Continues to Grow Its Life Sciences Team

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- PTS Advance has officially announced that it has agreed to, and met, the closing conditions to acquire BioStaff Solutions Inc., a boutique clinical resourcing firm. The acquisition creates an end to end clinical resourcing solution for the Life Sciences division of PTS Advance, complementing their post market compliance and manufacturing services group.  Jim Owens, formerly Managing Partner of BioStaff Solutions said, "The strategic alignment of ideas, industry relationships and infrastructure enhances our ability to provide clinical resourcing solutions to today's leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and clinical research organizations."

To solidify the clinical service offering, in congruence with Jim Owens' continuing role as Practice Leader, PTS Advance announced the addition of Tim Divane, Solutions Director and Claribel Pena, Account Recruitment Manager. Combined, these three have established more than 55 years of experience supporting the development and operation of clinical trials within Life Sciences.

Based in our Chicago office, Divane brings over 16 years of industry expertise across dedicated resourcing, FSP solutions and outsourcing initiatives for global industry leaders.  In this time he has developed partnerships with clients to drive cost savings and improved quality metrics for every functional area within clinical development. 

Pena joins the PTS Advance team, based alongside Owens in the Orlando office, bringing over 15 years of clinical staffing experience.  She has traditionally worked with clients to coordinate high volume staffing activities, collaborating on a national basis to source and recruit top talent.  Her long-lasting professional relationships, and experience partnering with the program offices on vendor management systems, allows PTS Advance to assist customers on large scale projects and change programs.
