NEW YORK, Dec. 20, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Procter & Gamble's (NYSE: PG) Puffs and Charmin brands will turn a cold shoulder to the start of the chilliest season by comforting New York residents and visitors with Puffs tissues and hot cocoa on December 21st at the free, public Charmin® Restrooms.
To celebrate the official first day of winter, Charmin is inviting locals and tourists alike to step in out of the cold to enjoy the go -- as well as samples of Puffs Plus with the scent of Vicks tissue boxes and hot cocoa -- at the Restrooms before heading back out into the Times Square cold.

On December 21st, beginning at 10:00a.m. consumers can come into the restrooms to receive one free box of Puffs Plus with the scent of Vicks and a free cup of hot chocolate. Puffs tissue boxes and hot cocoa will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis until the inventory is depleted.

Puffs tissues are available at select stores across the U.S. and at multiple eRetailers year-round. This year's Charmin Restrooms are located at 142 West 42nd Street in Times Square between 6th and 7th Avenues and will be open to the public seven days a week from 10:00a.m. – 9:00p.m. through December 31st .
