Redemption of Trust Units

PIRET also announces today the redemption of 94,900 class A trust units (each, a "Unit") of the REIT as of July 18, 2012 by a unitholder at a redemption price of $4.40 per Unit for total redemption payment of $417,560.  After the redemption of the Units, PIRET has 66,388,154 Units issued and outstanding.
