PURE Management Group Re-Launches Social House Restaurant in Crystals at CityCenter

LAS VEGAS, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Nightlife and restaurant leader PURE Management Group (PMG) has re-launched its innovative Pan Asian restaurant, Social House in Crystals, the unprecedented retail, dining and entertainment district at CityCenter. The Social House brand was launched in 2006 under the slogan "Sushi - Sake - Socialize." Since then, it has developed a solid reputation and cult following for its delectable cuisine, unrivaled decor and exuberant vibe.

Social House Executive Chef Joe Elevado continues to guide the culinary vision for Social House. Chef Elevado studied under the acclaimed and highly influential Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa and the "Japanese Iron Chef," Masaharu Morimoto. Under Chef Elevado, the Social House menu has developed into a masterpiece of Japanese / Southeast Asian cuisine and sushi, prepared with the freshest ingredients and a keen eye for presentation.

In staying true to the spirit of Social House, guests are encouraged to share each course family style in order to create an opportunity to socialize while dining. The Social House servers guide guests through a menu that delightfully progresses in flavors and textures. The menu contains several categories such as Raw Dishes, Hot Dishes, Social Cuts (meats), Kobe Beef, Specialty Sushi Rolls, Sushi/Sashimi and Social Sweets.

The servers also guide guests through an impressive array of beverages including a creative sake list, an extensive wine list, select beers, hand crafted specialty drinks, organic teas and the Siphon coffee machine.

The Siphon machine is the cornerstone of the new Social House coffee bar. The machine, imported from Japan, is one of only six in the United States and the first in Las Vegas, Nev. The Siphon uses vapor pressure to create an unparalleled coffee that is crisp and smooth.  

Along with the menu the Social House brand is defined by a design and decor that radiates warmth and intimacy while creating a sense of tranquility that spreads throughout the space. The new space has a balance between the contemporary and old world. Dark woods are incorporated with rich and warm colors like chocolate, red and orange. There are also iconic design elements just like the original location including a prayer wheel design that adorns the outside of the space.

Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The bar is open daily from 5:00 p.m. to late. Social House is located on the second floor of Crystals at CityCenter. Crystals is located at 3720 Las Vegas Boulevard South.
