PwC US Appoints Terri McClements as Managing Partner of the Washington Metro Market

WASHINGTON, Aug. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US today announced it has appointed Terri McClements as the firm's new Washington Metro Market Managing Partner. In her new role, she leads over 3,200 professionals serving public, private, and government clients in a geographic area, including the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Richmond, and Baltimore. She succeeds Chris Simmons, who retired.

McClements previously served as PwC's US Human Capital (HC) leader and Global Talent leader, as well as a member of the US Leadership Team. During her tenure as US Human Capital leader, PwC's talent strategies were consistently recognized as industry-leading by its people, others in the profession, and the corporate community. Under her leadership, PwC was ranked by Vault.com ranked PwC as both the #1 overall accounting firm and #1 in prestige for the second year in a row.

McClements received her B.S. in accounting from California University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the states of Maryland, New York, Virginia and in the District of Columbia.
