In its fifth annual Top Workplaces of Greater Austin list, the American-Statesman recognized 100 local employers that excel in leadership, vision, employee-centered culture and other qualities.
The American-Statesman, working with its partner, WorkplaceDynamics LLP, conducted an anonymous survey of more than 22,000 workers at 159 companies. They analyzed the results to narrow the list to 100 Central Texas employers worthy of earning the Top Workplaces designation, grouped in three categories based on employee size. Employees were asked to rate their companies on issues such as leadership and direction, ethics and values, and how well employees are treated.
