Smart brings 15+ years of experience at the frontier of digital communications to Qorvis. Most recently, Smart managed high-profile online and digital political strategies at Targeted Victory, including those of one of the current U.S. presidential campaigns. Prior to joining Targeted Victory, Smart worked at NJI Media and on Madison Avenue with Young & Rubicam where he spearheaded multiplatform digital initiatives for major international brands such as American Express, Diageo, Nautica, Elizabeth Arden, Giorgio Armani, Island Records, Universal Music Group, the United States Department of Indian Affairs, and the Guggenheim Museum, winning a Webby Award in 2009 for website creation.
