SHARON, Pa., Nov. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Award-Winning casual-dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube® known for its Best Wings USA and more than 20 sauces, announced today the signing of an area development agreement with Salt & Pepper Restaurants Inc. for four new restaurants throughout Houston, Texas and the surrounding cities. The first restaurant is planned to open in 2013.
