Quantum Launches Natural Gas Fuel System Accredited Integrator Program and Technology Workshop Series at ACT Expo in Washington, DC
LAKE FOREST, Calif., June 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: QTWW), a global leader in natural gas storage systems, integration and vehicle system technologies, today announced the launch of its Natural Gas Fuel System Accredited Integrator Program and Technology Workshop Series for light and medium-duty applications, at the 2013 ACT Expo held on June 24-27 in Washington, DC. Those who attend the workshop and successfully complete additional requirements will qualify as 'Authorized Integrators' for installation of Quantum's advanced light and medium-duty natural gas fuel systems.
An inaugural technology workshop is scheduled to be held July 30-31, 2013 at Quantum's Advanced Vehicle Concepts Center located in Lake Forest, California. The workshop is intended to educate and train system installers and other stakeholders in the industry on the fundamentals of natural gas fuel systems, safety procedures, regulatory codes and industry standards, vehicle integration methodologies and inspection and quality assurance procedures. Participation in the inaugural workshop is limited and by invitation only. Attendees at ACT Expo in Washington, DC have been offered the opportunity to sign up for follow-on technology workshops in the coming months.
