WATERBURY, Vt., July 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- This weekend, Quark Expeditions, the leader in polar travel, will be featured in the Discovery en Espanol debut of the Discovery Channel and BBC co-production of "Frozen Planet."  The seven-part documentary series premieres July 8, 2012, at 8 p.m. ET/PT and highlights the Earth's Polar Regions, including amazing flora and fauna indigenous to these incredibly remote and desolate parts of the world. BBC and Discovery Channel production crews traveled with Quark to capture the stunning scenery featured in the series.  This Spanish version of the documentary is narrated by Mexican mountain climber Carlos Carsolio .
