Quarton Partners Advises The Crown Group in its Sale to High Road Capital Partners and Charter Oak Equity

("Crown") from the Baer family, founders of Crown. Crown is a leading provider of high-quality coating services and solutions to the transportation, agriculture and general industrial end markets. Quarton Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Crown in this transaction.
