Québec administrative tribunal dismisses proceeding against MEGA Brands executives
MONTREAL, Sept. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - MEGA Brands Inc. (TSX: MB) announced today that the Bureau de décision et de révision has dismissed all insider trading allegations contained in a procedure filed last year by the Autorité des marchés financiers against certain current and former executives of the Corporation. The Bureau's decision was rendered on September 5, 2012.
