Quest Diagnostics Names Tracy L. Cinco-Abela Vice President and Treasurer

MADISON, N.J., Feb. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX), the world's leading provider of diagnostic information services, today announced that Tracy L. Cinco-Abela has been named vice president and treasurer.

Ms. Cinco-Abela has responsibility for all treasury activities, including capital planning, capital markets and funding, financial risk management and treasury operations. Most recently, she served as the company's assistant treasurer. She reports to Robert A. Hagemann, senior vice president and chief financial officer.

"Tracy's extensive treasury and finance experience, combined with her successful leadership of major capital raising and deployment initiatives for Quest Diagnostics, makes her a superb choice to be our next treasurer," said Hagemann.

Ms. Cinco-Abela joined Quest Diagnostics in 2007. Prior to that, she held positions of increasing responsibility for the General Motors Treasurer's Office, where she gained considerable experience in capital planning and funding, foreign exchange and commodities, cash management and treasury operations. 

Ms. Cinco-Abela earned her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
