Sponsored Apps Combines User Intent with Utility to Surface the Right Apps at the Right Time
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Quixey, The Search Engine for Apps, today announced Sponsored Apps, a new advertising product that allows apps to target potential users at the point of discovery. Currently in beta, Sponsored Apps works by matching app ads to the most relevant user at the moment they are most likely to download. Advertisers interested in participating in Sponsored Apps can submit their information to Quixey at www.quixey.com/advertisers starting today.
Sponsored Apps, leveraging Quixey's Functional Search™, is the first-ever advertising technology that targets a user based on the intent of their search. Intent targeting works by surfacing sponsored app results that are relevant to that particular search query, making it more likely for the user to click and download an app.
