R. Conrad Consulting Appoints Roy Salazar as COO for Manufacturing Segment

Conrad Consulting, a fast-growing business and healthcare consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Roy Salazar as chief operations officer for its manufacturing group. As part of a strategy to further strengthen its consulting position in the manufacturing industry, Salazar will oversee the strategic direction of the consulting firm's work with emerging, mid-sized manufacturing companies along the Gulf Coast.

In subsequent roles as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Lean Sensei at a global manufacturer of power management solutions, Salazar delivered process and quality improvements across projects touching every aspect of the industry. He is well-known for successfully integrating change management into every stage of the improvement process, resulting in employee alignment and participation throughout the organization.
