Radiology Associates of Corpus Christi Implements Royal Solutions Group's Patient Portal and Electronic Registration Software to Enhance Patient Engagement and Eliminate Bottlenecks

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Dec. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Radiology Associates, LLP, a leading radiology practice in Corpus Christi, Texas, has recently completed a project with Royal Solutions Group to deploy Royal's Patient Portal and Kiosk solution. The practice has deployed Royal's patient portal and tablet-based kiosks to improve patient engagement and expedite patient registration. Radiology Associates says improved quality of care is just one benefit that has emerged from this collaboration. The new system has allowed Radiology Associates to confirm more patients and reduced registration time.

The clinic manages the Merge RIS in house and leverages Royal's hosted platform for its patient engagement processing, all while tightly integrating back into Merge RIS and document management.
