BOULDER, Colo., June 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rally® (NYSE: RALY), a leading global provider of cloud-based solutions for managing Agile software development, today announced that it has signed a lease for a to-be-constructed addition to its current corporate headquarters at 3333 Walnut Street in Boulder, Colorado. The addition will add approximately 89,000 square feet to Rally's current 65,545 square-foot building.
MAVDevelopment of Ann Arbor, Michigan, the owner/developer of Rally's headquarters, initially acquired the property in April 2013. Other project team members include GH Phipps Construction, Davis Partnership Architects, Hurst and Associates and DLR Group. The project is anticipated for completion in early 2015. Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM of Acquire, Inc. of Boulder, Colorado, represented Rally in the transaction.
