Rapid Recovery Center to become Bridgemoor Transitional Care
AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Rapid Recovery Center (RRC), a premier post-acute health care provider in Texas, today announced its new name, Bridgemoor Transitional Care. The company has locations in Round Rock, San Antonio, Fort Worth and Webster that are open and accepting patients.
Similar to RRC, Bridgemoor will provide personalized, cost-effective transitional care following a hospital visit that enables patients to regain their highest level of independence as quickly as possible. Bridgemoor's model of care serves as a bridge between hospital and home, aiming to reduce the likelihood of a return to the hospital.
