While working for a rare disease manufacturer, Carol noticed that finding experts equipped to handle the unique situations within rare disease was frustrating and time-consuming.  She knew bringing rare disease products to market could be done more efficiently, cheaper, and faster. 

As she explained, "When I began consulting on my own, I had no easy or cost-effective way to market my existence or niche-experience. There was a large gap in marketing channels connecting these morphing targets. The solution evolved into a very clear vision."

It was then that Carol realized she could empower rare manufacturers, by building an online reference to streamline the process of finding custom solutions.  So, she carefully designed RareChannels.com, to disrupt the market and fill the void in rare disease consulting. "We will continue expanding with other valuable resources, like a downloadable-slide library for hot-topics, a global rare conference/event calendar, and a vetting program," she said.
