RDS Announce New Director Upstream International
THE HAGUE, the Netherlands, February 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
The Board of Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) announced today that after a distinguished career of more than 37 years, of which almost 10 years as an Executive Director, Mr Malcolm Brinded has agreed to step down as an Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2012. Mr Andrew Brown, currently Executive Vice-President Qatar, will take over the responsibilities for the Upstream International Business as a member of the Executive Committee of the Company with effect from the same date.
