RealD and Wanda sign deal to install 100 RealD Ultimate Screens over the next two years

BEIJING and LOS ANGELES, Dec 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Marking the most significant and wide-reaching purchase agreement yet for the RealD Ultimate Screen by a single circuit, global 3D and visual technology company RealD Inc. and Wanda Cinema Line Corporation announced today that Wanda will install no less than 100 RealD Ultimate Screens in their theaters during the next two years across China.   

Most of the 100 RealD Ultimate Screens will be installed in Wanda Cinema Line's premium  cinemas. The first auditoriums to equip RealD Ultimate Screens will be the Wanda Cinema Beijing Tongzhou Branch, Beijing CBD Branch, Beijing Tiantongyuan Branch and Wanda Nantong Branch.  The four screens are scheduled to be installed by the end of March 2019.   Meanwhile, RealD will work with Wanda Cinema Line subsidiary  Wanda Cinema Technology Service Company on post-sale maintenance and services for RealD Ultimate Screens.

The deal continues RealD and Wanda Cinema Line's successful partnership and collaboration. In 2016, RealD and Wanda signed the world's largest 3D system installation agreement to install 4000 RealD 3D systems over four years.
