Reboot joins a select group of refurbishers in the Microsoft Registered Refurbisher program. Members are required to perform a complete data wipe on each computer, install only licensed Microsoft software with valid Windows Certificates of Authenticity, and comply with environmental standards during the refurbishing process.
"This partnership with Microsoft says a lot about Reboot and where we are headed. Microsoft doesn't accept just anyone into this program," says Brian Bernhardt, Reboot's District Manager. "They have a strict policy that requires submitting regular reports, undergoing audits, and using specific procedures for installing genuine Microsoft products on computers to ensure that our customers continue receiving the highest quality computers day after day."
Reboot's participation in this program shows their continued dedication to their customers and to the environment. Customers benefit from this program by having access to Microsoft web-based support and a smoother path to upgrades.
"Our technicians can now turn directly to Microsoft for support," says Brian. "Simply put, our customers will still receive quality servicing, only now in less time. It's a win-win for everyone."
