BOCA RATON, Fla., March 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Realtors' Political Action Committee (RPAC) held its annual Celebrity Bartending Competition Fundraiser last week on February 28th at Blue Martini in Boca Raton, Florida.
The event had a WWE (Worldwide Wrestling Entertainment) theme and local Boca Raton broker Matthew "Macho Man" Maschler, a wrestling fan himself who chose this year's theme, brought in a record-breaking $5,500 behind the bar, beating two other large brokerages by huge margins.
With a total of $9,000 raised for RPAC at the event, Maschler's contributions made a huge impact.
"It was a great honor to bartend alongside other prestigious members of our real estate community and raise money for such a great organization," said Matthew Maschler of Signature Paradise Florida Properties.
"Our community is so grateful for Matthew's continuing commitment to RPAC and REALTOR Advocacy," said Ben Schachter, Broker and President of The Signature Real Estate Companies. "We extend our gratitude to all who attended, participated and donated. You were all absolutely integral to the event's success."
The event raised funds to support operations in the RPAC.
