WILMINGTON, N.C., Dec.19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Forevermark™, the diamond brand from the DeBeers group of companies, and North Carolina-based REEDS Jewelers, are delighted to announce that REEDS has been named the exclusive partner in Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, and Wilmington, N.C., unveiling the Forevermark™ diamond "Center of My Universe" collection for Holiday 2013.

Each Forevermark™ diamond is selected for its exceptional qualities. Less than one percent of the world's diamonds are eligible to become a Forevermark™ diamond and meet the stringent standards allowing it to carry the Forevermark™ inscription.

Once a diamond has met rigorous quality and integrity criteria, it is inscribed with the Forevermark™ icon and unique identification number.  The inscription, invisible to the naked eye, is made using patented technology developed by the DeBeers group and implemented by the Forevermark™ Diamond Institute in Antwerp, Belgium.

REEDS Jewelers will provide a Forevermark™ Diamond Grading Report for each diamond.  It is an accurate blueprint of the qualities - cut, color, clarity and carat weight of each Forevermark™ diamond.  The Forevermark™ Diamond Grading Report also features the individual identification number inscribed on the diamond and a specifically designed security hologram, providing reassurance that the Forevermark™ Diamond Grading Report is valid and genuine.
